One simple tip for beginners to do attractive paper presentations.

`

Do you struggle with delivering effective paper presentations? Is it difficult to attract the attention of your audience? If so, this blog is for you. I’m sharing a simple tip that will help you to deliver better presentations from your next attempt.

If your audience remembers the points at the end of your presentation, it means you have successfully delivered it. This is not easy, as people tend to be ignorant and tries not to listen with full attention.

When we use text in our slides, people are less engaged as they won’t be interested to read all the points. It’s boring too.

So what can we do?

Try to find an image that relates to the idea that you wanna share. If necessary, you can add a few points below the image. Now deliver your idea by building an interesting story around the image. Images attract the attention of your audience. They will be more curious to listen to your story as well. If your image is effective, it will remain in the recipient’s mind and they will remember your story. By this way, you will always be a good speaker to them.

Trust me, this works very effectively.

I’m sharing the link to a paper presentation with only texts, click here.

After checking the above link, check this second link as well, click here.

The content that I wanna share in these presentations is the same. In the first link, I have used text in the slides. Second, a simple image. If you saw the presentations, it will be explicitly clear that images attract your attention more than the text. So, try this in your next presentation and I’m sure your audience will better engage with you.

BONUS TIP: If you are explaining a process with steps, instead of many slides explaining each step, go for a short video in your presentation. Your audience will be interested to watch it.
