BOOK : EXTREME OWNERSHIP

Lately, I read this book, EXTREME OWNERSHIP. I Love to share the effective leadership principles I learned from this book.

  •  In any team, all responsibility for success and failure rests with the leader. He must take extreme ownership of everything that impacts their mission.

  • There are no bad teams, only bad leaders.

  • Leaders should never be satisfied. He must always strive to improve and must built this mindset into the team.

  •  In order to convince and inspire others to follow and accomplish a mission, a leader must be a true believer in the mission.

  • A leader must check his ego and operate with a high degree of humility. To lead a successful team he must admit mistakes, take ownership and develop plans to overcome.

Importance of teamwork and other laws to succeed as a team is also explained well.

Also, getting to know, the Hell training, the SEALS underwent and the true incidents that took place in the battlefield of Ramadi, Iraq, left me thunderstruck.
Very adventurous, especially when one is quite sure, she will never have any experience like this, in real life. 😎✌
